Graduating from Joilet Junion College (Illinois) in 2003, I received my Associates of Applied Science Healthcare Administrative Assistant. I am credentialed through AAPC (American Academy of Professional Coders) and hold certification through a few accredited institutions. 

My passion lies in education and mentoring the new generations of providers and coders. In that spirit, I’ve embraced the changes in healthcare (including AI) and look forward to helping others navigate and make sense of the intricate ins-and-outs of the field.
